330ml Alkaline water

All kind of liquids have a measure of acidity and it is determined on the pH scale. The concentration of hydrogen ions in the liquid is measured by the pH scale, and then it is expressed on a scale of 0-14. Anything under seven such as black coffee, orange juice, and vinegar is acidic, seven is neutral and above seven such as baking soda is alkaline territory.

Alkaline water is different from tap water because it’s less acidic. In other words, alkaline water also has a higher pH level than tap water. It usually has a pH between 7.0 and 10.0 on the scale. Regular tap water usually has a pH level of 6.0 to 7.0. This means that alkaline water has a lower concentration of hydrogen ions. Ionized water is another common name for alkaline water. It is thought that natural spring water which has a pH around 8.0 to 9.0 is the best source of alkaline water.
